This 34 year old Business is the Largest most successful ceiling Fan Business in Northern, Va. Serving Washington DC – Baltimore and Maryland. This Business has the largest Inventory in the market area and most of their Sales are at “Retail Pricing”.

This Business is priced right at an asking Price of $325,000 or about 3.2 times earnings of $100,000. Electricians & Electrical Contractors are the Largest Installers of ceiling Fans. We want to share several marketing programs that can double the present annual sales volume of $450,000. This Business is ran by one person, the owner and one part-time employee. All Installations are completed by electricians or by Home owners. This is one of the largest Inventories of Ceiling Fans and all needed “Parts” on the East Coast. This Businesses can be expanded by adding Internet Sales & Marketing to go after National Sales.

We would suggest an expansion of Sales to Custom Home Builders Nationwide that like to offer Ceiling Fans to their Customers. The owner will be interested helping the new owner complete all needed training and stay with them for a period of time helping to expand Sales.

Dennis Riley the Business Broker & “COACH” will be available to help expand this Business and work with the New Owner on Marketing. Please send us an E-Mail today and ask for the Financials & a Confidentiality agreement.
